But as long as they're wearing tank tops and short shorts, I don't really care what they say.

Except the 300 pounders...I had one by the 3rd base fence one time and I kept catching this big flash of white out of the corner of my eye, then I'd glance over and remember. I felt like that guy trying not to look at the body under the blanket at a traffic accident.

After I call BI when the batter fell over the plate while F2 is trying to throw out R1 (in as whiny of a voice as you can imagine): "He's got a right to finish his swing!"

Or a twist on this, where you have F2's parent(s) whining for interference on the batter every time there is a PB with R3.  Then they go wild on CI when the swing knocks F2's glove halfway to the mound...

"What's the count, blue??" (for the third time in one at bat)

Don't talk to the fence!

I didn't say I do.... BUT, if I hear them ask, I'll probably give it (in front of me of course).

Hey, if the female umpires want to look at the LL Dad in short-shorts and a tank top, that's okay with me.

My favorite is the almost screeching "WHAT?? NO WAY THAT WAS WAAYYY TOO HIGH/LOW/OUTSIDE/INSIDE/JUST A BAD CALL FOR NO GOOD REASON!"

I had this one woman one time that all she would say after ever called strike was "ARE YOU BLIND???" that one never gets old lol

That oozy white mass of adipose tissue reminds me of a popped can of biscuits.

I had a dad that would call out "Great play, Dirtbags". I wasn't sure why he was calling the kids dirtbags so I asked him after the game. He said he was from Texas and that was what they called players who weren't afraid to get dirty there. In CA dirtbags are somehing else...

Had a team once that their starting F1's last name was Blue. Standing in "A" waiting for the first pitch and I here c'mon blue, lets go. I was like WTF, game hasn't even started. Coach saw me looking at him with a dumbfounded look and says, my bad, kids name is blue. True story.

My personal favorite are the parents who have a history of disliking me.

I walk on the field.

*seizure*

"OMG I can't believe this. THIS LEAGUE IS A JOKE...!"

When they yell at me to call it both ways...I oblige.  I give the hammer strike once with my right hand, then call again it with my left!

Often heard when I go to the fence to get a drink of water...

..."Hey Studley, my ex has the kids this weekend. Where's the after game party ?"

Worked a HS Freshman game where a couple of times I heard the visitors' bench telling me to "come on" using my last name. I couldn't believe it. I'm looking in the dugout trying to figure out who to toss. I have a fairly uncommon last name. Finally, "Time, (to the batter), kid what's your name?" Derek - "No, your last name." Sure enough, we shared the same last name.
