Added a new All Star rig. Might swap the blue pads on to my black frame. Picked up what I am told is a "player only" pad color. Excited to give this a go. The All Star with the LUC pads is the best mask i have ever owned.

I love the box!!  Thought it was cool enough to save. 

Seller told me that the mask pads are "Powder Blue pads you cant get on the website. player issue only". I'm guessing you have to know an all star rep to get this color.

It's possible. They to also have a "gear customization" option on their website. So I wonder if it's a case of the player specifying their colors through that.

And yes... the box is pretty awesome and would find some way to save it as well.

That looks like TB Rays light blue, so All Star probably only equips MLB guys with it.

The box is an F3 box I'm pretty sure.  They ship their traditional masks in them, so the MLB guy probably got an F3 and sold the All Star (or he got a new one and selling this one off).

I don’t like the look of it. It stands out too much - but not in a good way. I don’t know that uniquely colored harnesses can look good. It’s almost looks like underwear on your head. 
 

The blue pads are fire, but I’d go to a black harness.

No, this was custom.  The custumization on the All-Star site only features their 'normal' colors.  This was a custom pro, or college mask, very cool!

I agree here @concertman1971 .... the harness looks better when it matches or is close to the color of your hat, so in most cases, black.  The gray makes sense due to the color-scheme of the entire mask, but ...stands out too much when you're wearing it (from the back)

I tend to agree. Just had to give it a go and figure it out. Really like the look of the blue pads/silver frame combo, but didn't realize how bright the grey harness was until I saw the pics.

No, they just had ugly hats, but I understand what @The Man in Blue is saying ... the hats from last night would make @concertman1971's gray harness not stand out as much!

As a whole... I thought the uniforms were ok at best. Not good, not bad, just ok.

Then again... I also always find myself comparing them to the first of these special even uniforms I remember seeing. Anyone else remember the terrible "Turn Forward The Clock" uniforms!
