Boche is whining because nobody respects Angel (who was 100% correct). I read his lips saying, "How can you f-ing call that?" which of course tacitly admits that it's the right call.

 

Machi is whining because he wants the umpires to think he was just stepping on the rubber, which is a lie.

 

I see @Jimurray's point: his "step off" looks like a rocker step to start the pitch. I don't think you're paranoid (and even if you are, it doesn't mean everyone's not out to get you).

If that's not a balk I don't know what is. Steps on the rubber in the windup and turns his pivot foot parallel with the rubber like he is going to the set position without ever disengaging.
