Guest roland
runners on first and third with one out. batter hits fly ball to center, catch is made, runner on third tags and scores. runner on first doesn't tag and the defense then throws to first to get her out. will the run count in this scenario.

All retouch appeals (failure to tag up) are time plays. If the run scores before the runner at 1st is put out, then yes, it counts.
