Scour Ebay and Craigslist.....

I just got a used Platinum for $20 on CL.  Always great finds from people who don't know what they have.

I also saw a Wilson Ti Frame for $30 but it was gone already.

actively monitor ebay.............in about a month there will be a fresh influx of deals on umpire equipment......I've seen it every year .......and I have been able to pick up a large number of "full setups"......gear, jerseys, pants, shoes, bags and masks for a mere fraction of the cost of new..........I am able to pass these on to members of my assoc for replacement or upgrade......and ....it also helps our recruitment to have "loaner sets" available for younger umpires wanting to begin umpiring..............if they stay, they pay for the gear......if not they pay a game fee or the season's rental......

 

You should be able to pick up a  WV Gold easy.............. plate coats show up now and then,... the Nike mask seems always available on ebay..........at a ridiculous price...........making it not worth my money.........plenty of exceptional masks that can be fitted with TW that IMHO are better.........the spyder throat guard?......havent seen one on ebay....and as far as plate shoes, Id encourage you to look at new shoes......there is plenty of new technology out there and wearing someones already form fitted shoes is not an advantage....NOTE** (if you dont have to, understand I want you wearing plate shoes, so used is far better than none)

I should have specified but I was looking for a black version of that throat protector.  I had no idea those protectors where so expensive, that and the Nike masks seem to be ridiculously over priced!

With no many ducks (Nike mask) and so many hunters shooting at it the price will be back to normal, sooner rather than later.  The latest Nike mask on eBay is at $390 with 5 days left.

Not for free!  I am asking if anyone has any of these items that they would like to get rid of.  I would love to have any and all of those items but they are not a necessity.  To sum it up was just hoping someone would offer a decent price for any of those items.
