Games worked 10 maybe I'm wrong (first time this year!) but I think the FED mechanic is to have PU take BR at third on a triple, while CCA and Pro have BU take the BR all the way around. I disagree with having PU do it, but of course, if I'm in an area where that's what my boss wants me to do, I'll do it. I mistyped. BU takes BR into third on a triple. Last year, we used the published Fed mechanic. Games worked 10

Ours is 50 questions. Closed book, in class, no you can't phone a freind. Our study guide is 170 questions and that is open book. The 50 questions come straight from the 170 but there are no Mechanics questions in the 50 but there are in the 170. Games worked 10

Until someone takes a foul ...direct shot to the collar bone ........ no hard plates there would bother me. BUT .....I know , and MUST ADMIT there are PLENTY who love the thing! I just can't .... but that's me From a design standpoint it is truely "unequal", pardon the pun, in the sense of its adjustability to fit multiple shoulder widths and multiple lengths. Working my first High School games of the Season on Saturday. Got 2 High School game Saturday and 3 games on Sunday. Let the fun begin. Also I just got assigned the Plate for a game at Anaheim Stadium. Very excited for that game. Games worked 10

He moved to Huntington Beach recently. I was there because I am an instructor for the 2nd year umpires. And I won a pair of New Balance Plate Shoes that he brought. Yay me. Games worked 10

I wouldn't have ejected for it. Depending on the relationship you have with the coach, will depend how you handle things from the "Your Strike Zone Sucks." I have ranged from "Yeah I am a little off tonight. But I am working hard to pull it together for you." To "Coach we are not discussing My Strike Zone today." I do agree with you that some people take everything that is posted on here and turn it inside out. So I am usually real careful with what I post. Don't take everyone's post to heart. There are a lot of guys that will give you good advice. Weed through the posts and use the stuff that is important. And the rest? Just toss them in the trash. Games worked 5

I am down 18lbs since January 1st. Doing the P90X workout. Tried to start jogging again, got 2 miles in and strained my calf again. Won't be trying to jog again anytime soon. Just running when I am on the baseball field. I purchased a Jawbone UP24 a few weeks ago. Great purchase. Really has me motivated to get my 10k steps in every day. If anyone has one let me know. You won't be disappointed, at least I wasnt. I think you can get the CP and SG for the same price as buying the CP seperate. So might as well pull the trigger on both. Let us know what you think. :)

The argument is always the same. Some people( ) LOVE the UE CP. Some people do not. I know of atleast 2 D1 College umpires who wear it. They love it. I know about 10 of us in my association that wear it. They love it. I also know about 25 people who say they will never trust it. Each to their own. I love it and the shin guards. But you may not.

I have both. Can't ever imagine how I used anything else. But that's me. The UE CP and LG's are the best on the market for me. Not for everyone but for me.

My Association gives the Fed books. Our State(CA) adopted a few changes but other than that we are required to follow the Manual or risk losing playoff assignments.
