I had a dumb balk similar to this in a high school game.  Runner on third, pitcher on the rubber and the batter was just stepping into the box.  Pitcher decides to fake a move to third without stepping off or towards third..  Just flinched towards third in an attempt to drive the runner back.  It worked, the runner dove back into the bag.  I called balk and the runner scored.  The pitcher is going to start umpiring this year.
