Last weekend I attended a Florida Collegiate tryout.

I got the call today that I made it!

 

Very exciting. Looking forward to it.

 

I would like to thanks all of those on this site that have helped make me a better umpire. To many to name but you know who you are!

 

Now the challenge is to move up the college ranks!

Well,

I was told that I misread the email they sent me.

They said that I was the #1 rated umpire of 20 trying out that weekend but they have not made any final decisions. WTH??

Looks like I may have to attend 1 more clinic at the end of the month.

In the meantime I created a Facebook NCAA page to help learn NCAA rules. Feel free to join.

Seems to me being rated #1 is even better then being told you made the cut, congratulations again! I wonder how the other guy feels?
