Deflections properly so-called do not change the time of throw.

 

A "deflection" that is ruled to constitute a new "throw," however, would.

I'm pretty sure I remember reading MLB control center in NYC has an overhead view for every stadium when they can see the whole field for placing runners. Have to assume they got this right.

What about us guys that can wear the same size for plate and bases. Is the dress code for MiLB and MLB gonna allow pockets on the bases?
