Wow ...this is close, ...and replay confirms his call ....but... I'm not sure.    Also, ...... watch where he gets stuck behind Butler ....

 

What do you do here?  Do you say "Billy move!"   Or, ...just tough it out?

I noticed that also ...... you can see it in certain spots of the video.....

From the high first base camera, it looks fair because as you pointed out you can see the paint kick up after impact. From the right field line, it looks foul.

 

Could go either way. I'm with @JaxRolo on this one.

There is a good chance of me pointing fair if the defense blocks my view..

They showed a shot from the right field foul pole while the umpires were reviewing it that showed it being foul. That's probably why it was upheld.
