Where was the ball when touched? Who had the best look? They agreed U3 and thus on his assessment of fair.

B-R had 1B made so changing the call didn't really affect runner placement.

Kulpa was the "over-ruler" so ....like Rich said, he had the better look ....WHICH, if you watch the video again, you can see Salvy in Chris Conroy's way ....the camera angle however is askew,...it must be because according to it ...it looks foul

I did see Conroy watching around Salvy but did he make the call? I know it was in slow motion but I didn't see a signal from him after it was touched or after it hit the ground.
