Looks unsolicited as PU is pointing to first at .07.  Body language as PU is talking to Johnson as well also looks like U1's visit was unsolicited.

 

That's a very tough call could go either way, what appears to be an offer could be interpreted as the batter just tucking in his right elbow to avoid the pitch

Look at about 0:08. I cant tell if he is appealing or awarding the base. I cant see a partner at that level doing it unsolicited.
