Thanks - I actually had to edit it. I pulled it out of my closet and there are a few minor scratches as a result of not keeping inside the box, therefore changing it to new but with defects. Nonetheless, the helmet has never been worn on the field. I just couldn't get comfortable after wearing a traditional for the past years.

You all should check out ChampionSports.com (http://www.champsspo... KEYWORD SEARCH). They have them for $99 and free shipping. It is the cheapest I have seen them. I know they are not the MVP4000, but unless you are routinely seeing mid-90s and up pitching, the 2500 is just as good.

With the concussions I've had, I don't skimp on head protection. The polycarbonate shell is worth it to me.
