Sorry for continuing to post, but updating uniforms to something that will be around for a while is something I would really like to see.

I've always liked the navy/powder and powder/navy USA Softball shirts, also:

I greatly appreciate it, please don't apologize. This is super helpful in gauging the general direction to head in. I looked today and the team currently has 20 different color palettes they're working with and this certainly helps narrow it down a bit and the design concepts direction. I'll work on posting a few, although it's hard to say yes or know without the design concepts it might help weed out the "I absolutely i would never wear these colors".

Here are some of the more standard color palettes they're working with.

And some of the more unique/different/out there ones:

Love some of the blue shades, and the weathered metal.

Always wanted a spaghetti squash umpire shirt.

I am confident that is intended to be a lightly used accent color. But hey if enough people have interest in looking like the  Savannah Bananas I'll see what I can influence.

all I ask for is black inside the collar (or a very dark color) that will hide the sweat/sunscreen/bug repellant stains that develop on light colored collars.

@ousafe that is already planned in the general design parameters. Our higher end shirts currently us a neck lining with our FNX fabric which lowers ambient temperature and wicks moisture faster then our polyester fabric. These shirts will have a similar neck/collar lining and sweatband. Something similar may be found under the arms as well.

Save your E&O / clearance sale budget for something else.

Since it came up, I may be in the minority but I find very little about the Bananas something to imitate or, on my cranky days, even appreciate.

And here I thought I was the only person who thinks theBananas is not what MLB needs to imitate… or incorporate in any way into real baseball.

I’ll clarify this is poorly written sarcasm and this would be equal to burning money for us 🫠

I've lived enough E&O in the tech world. I can only imagine what it's like in apparel.

Hey, some of us were born with the sarcasm gene and some will never get dumb humor. What does a grape and a chicken have in common?

I appreciate all of the feedback, thank you everyone. I figure we might as well design one shirt in public. The team is working on a few things and I'll just throw a couple in here to get some votes and direction and see what everyone thinks. Much easier to judge a rendering then a palette.

@DerekGDS Hey Derek, just wanted to let you know, I had a partner this past Saturday that was wearing a black with grey panel shirt from you guys, and I was very impressed by the quality. Looks like you are doing great work!

They're both purple except for the chicken.

@blue32 Thank you! We put a lot of time in to the textiles and build of that shirt line so happy to see guys are really enjoying it.

One suggestion from a partner this weekend:

Big and tall sizes.  He wasn’t tall, but he was big.  He said he has an issue with shirts having enough length in back, but not in the front.

Please do something interesting with Navy shirts. I think the color of navy looks good on umpires, but for the love of all that is holy I cannot stand these:

Please make some good looking Navy shirts that can eventually replace these. I really like the red side panel idea. Whenever I'm forced to walk onto the field with this dorky, ill-fitting shirt I feel like I'm gonna get tomatoes thrown at me.

Yes, I agree that the color navy is good - but we need to bring it up to this century and decade.  It needs a re-do and update bad!  TOC was going great coming up with fresh spins on classic colors and some cool new colors (Bermuda Blue anyone?), before they went out of business.  I'd love to see someone pick their ideas back up and improve them even.
