Gloves for umpires

I just received an email from Ump-Attire @JimKirk featuring new officiating gloves and it got me to thinking.

Why hasn't a company made an 'umpire' glove that has white lines, or dots on the underside of the fingers so signals can be seen easier?  Doesn't have to be white, it could be yellow, silver, whatever.   Wouldn't that make sense, or am I over-thinking this?

They work great and are warm enough for spring.

Check uline.com - search for white gloves... they have a bunch of different offerings. I use a mainly white with black on the top of the hand gloves for both baseball and water polo. It does not normally get stupid cold where I live, so mine are light duty, but they have thicker/insulated gloves as well.

Guys, I'm not saying that I necessarily NEED them ....I was just wondering why a lot of them don't have "indicators" on the underside of the fingers for more visibility, that's all.   I guess the white bottomed gloves would help this ....

I mean, plenty of them do have light colored palms. The Franklin, Neuman, and Under Armour gloves have light colored palms or accents on the palm.

I thought Ray @Razzer had winter gloves with exactly this. There were white on the top of each finger for giving count and signs.

I use FootJoy WinterSoft golf gloves. They are sold as a pair. I only use them in the field and wrap the pointer and middle fingers with white tape. But, yes...I am also surprised that someone is not manufacturing umpire specific gloves.

I have a pair of gloves with finger tips that are white. Perfect gloves. Get Ray’s gloves

I have the medium weight Franklin ones that are on Ump-Attire. I like them.
