Ok, some of you might be wondering what this thread is about. I, in addition to being an umpire, am also a photographer. I am on many forums on-line and one thing that I have noticed is that in most communities people will post what their gear list is. In photography what camera bodies you use, what lenses and such. I have found that to be very helpful because it allows me to see what others use quickly and easily without having to continually ask. So I figured for my I would try to start this here. Please post your gear list, and if you want to put a link in you signature to your post so others can find it easily. Edit whenever you need to as your gear changes. So here goes...

Want to know whats scary? Is Im sure he has added more stuff to that list. However, word around the rainy campfire here in Portland is that he has hung it up... at least for HS. But he is still part of the HS unit so I am looking forward to being able to meet and shake the hand of the great Tim_C. I think he has become one of the evaluators for the HS and college units so that should be fun as well.:smachhead:

I love these gear list threads, because I love gear and I love lists.

When I first made my gear and supply inventory list, it was inspired by Tim C’s jaw-dropping collection, which included enough back-up stuff that any of us could feel just fine for all of the extra gear and accessories we accumulate. I actually made a list that included every single thing that appears in my main bag, back-up bag, field tote, supply kit and even all the back-up stuff in the wardrobe closet in my garage. It's a modified GD like Brian C uses...I'm in the slot and further back than that angle makes it appear.

RE the plate shoes - not sure where that came from, but I have the original Reebok Field Magistrates on. The left one even has a nice shine on it from the lights!

Im guilty of that too honestly. I use a heal-toe/lock-box style of stance as well. I also am closer than some would like in that stance as well. As for the plate shoes, my bad:smachhead:. Its probably the reflection from the lights that got me.
