Yes, that's an out in FED for violation of 8-4-2c. I know that some will quibble about this call: he dove to the "side" of F2, or went over F2's arm, or whatever. For me, reading this rule narrowly defeats its purpose. FED wants to prevent runners going up to avoid a fielder: they want runners to slide or go around.

In a HS game I would NOT also have INT here: F2 was unhindered by the runner going over him, and came up ready to play on the BR. INT is not automatic here: the runner is out for the dive, but the ball remains live unless there's also INT (an independent call).

No. F2 had the ball while the runner was still on the grass, well before he might have been hindered by F2's position.

The White Sox are _dead last_ in home viewership of the 29 American teams, having dropped 44% this season to 0.08. At 0.09 is the Dodgers, who don't even have a broadcaster showing their games in Los Angeles!! When surveyed, the majority of responses back from Chicago residents include, "Hawk Harrelson is awful / terrible / incomprehensible / intolerable / etc."

Alexi Ramirez did a good job on his landing? WTF? That's like watching a car crash, and while every other broadcaster is describing the scene, remarking "Oh look, this bumper shard missed the flower garden! Isn't that wonderful?"

That throw was so early, R2 almost had enough time to do himself the favor of getting in a rundown and hoping the ball was thrown away.  Out in FED all day.
