Yes, ..

That is an exclusive made by Champro for The Official's Call [see the OC in the middle?] (Terry Ringer's place) ...  very "Gold-esque" indeed .... but still seems like a decent CP ....

Man, throw a Delta Flex on that, and you might have the best value available. That's a better rig than the Champion, as it's pads are removable for washing. $50 delivered. Wow.

true!

I spoke to Terry about this when we tried one of his shirts a couple seasons ago ...and the only complaint was the bulky pads .....

You wouldn't need to retro fit the DF either because of where the female ends are located (on the side).  Also, Im sure this could be TW'd as well. Nice CP

Just joined after lurking for awhile. Just started umpiring again last year after having not done it for 6 or 8 years. I decided it was time to upgrade my CP after using my old one last year and finding that it didn't provide quite as much coverage as it did when I was a teenager. Since I just volunteer LL don;t have much of a budget, and had been considering the Champion P200 based on recommendations here before seeing this and really being sold on the removeable/cleanable pads. Looking forward to getting it next week and putting it to use. Depending on fit, I might order and add the Delta Flex to this.

Welcome back to the game...I have a Douglas, Unequal and I bought this CP just to see what it was like a couple of weeks ago...I would use it and feel safe and protected

So had a chance to use this in a majors ll game (11-12 year olds). It's definitely not low-profile, but the protection felt great, and nice coverage. I felt like a tank back there. Still have a bit of tweaking to do on the fit on the straps, or might move to the highly praised delta-flex, but for the cost, I'm thrilled with the CP, and love that it has the removeable pads.

Does this cp have gap protectors? Hard to see from the ebay picture. Anybody have a pic of it on?

Sorry, hadn't noticed this. I'll try to get a picture of it tonight.

@webspinnre - Thanks for the pics...they showed me what I was questioning. I was wondering if there was a plastic cap in between the shoulder coverage and the Trap/collarbone area. Thanks.

Seeing the back it looks very much like the plus pos zero gravity, same harness as it so I'D never buy it because it would slide around too much.
