This is going to be good! A neat crew in a really good World Series. Only, I am going to need an assist on this as I no longer have Direct TV. Anyone want to send me a copy?

I think we're pretty sure and all feeling comfortable that this indeed is for the 2014 World Series. Well, ... I saw a commercial for it last night on MLB Network!

Nooooo, I think we need 30 more responses claiming its the 2012 show, it is the off season after all.

Up here north of the 49th we don't have access to this thing you call the MLB Network.
I'm willing to pay the shipping costs if someone would be nice enough to provide me with a copy of both shows

Anyone want to help a Canadian out???

It's actually a documentary about the 1914 World Series featuring Bill Klem, Bill Dinneen, George Hildebrand and Lord Byron. Hildebrand is going to talk about how he invented the spitball.

Cooler is ready with Yuengling Light. But to warm up, I'm watching Umpire-Empire member Adam Schwarz working the plate in the Estrellas Orientales vs. Leones del Escogido Dominican Winter League game.

Still watching, great show. But why was Jeff in deep B with R2 when he still guessed right and was confirmed by replay. No my heart didn't race nor my eyes tear up a little while watching the show.

I enjoyed it, though I think I liked the 2012 version better. The audio from the almost fight in game 2 was good, but there was no equal to "Yeah, he got you right there! Bang!"

It was cool to see instant replay in real time.

I liked the conversation with the check swing/foul ball. The on field dialog is always great. Would love to hear all they have before for editing begins.

Pretty good insight on the replay war room also. They could probably do a 1 hour documentary on a night in the replay room in NYC.

That's where most guys are working with R2 in 4 and 6 man mechanics. Especially at the professional level.

"The pressure is a privilege."

I liked that.

That is my favorite quote now. I am going to use it all the time.

I am a fan of Ted Barrett to begin with and even more so now. (Jealous of @Rulekeep). Loved the suits.

Enjoyed "meeting" that entire crew, but still not fond of Meals.

I also like it. Never thought of it that way before.
I think he's referring to the pressure at that level....yes?

I would say that you could apply it too ANY level that you officiate. If you are selected to work a championship for one of your leagues, there will be pressure, but it is a privilege that you were chosen to work THAT game.
