TW Gold, Douglas, Mizuno 122, All Star Ti, pads

1.  All Star Ti.  Still trying to sell!  As you can see from the picks, you have your choice of pads.  Shipping price is $225.00  $200.00 which is $40 $60 off of retail.  

 

2. My last Mizuno 2QA122.  It is brand new and comes with your choice of pads.  You can choose brand new Wilson Grey Fonz or stock Mizuno.  It comes with the SSK Spyder TG.  Not willing to split the mask and TG.  I paid $140 for the mask and $50 for the TG.  Will ship for $180 ($10 less than I paid + no shipping.)

 

3.  Barely used Douglas 15" CP.  Comes with "Gold" type shoulder gap caps and T-Hook additions.  ALSO this has black padding and not blue!  Comes with All Star Delta Flex harness as well.  Looks amazing, is amazing.  I paid $278 for the entire thing.  Its been used 3 times and looks brand new, smells brand new.  Will ship for $225.00

 

4. Wilson Gold L.....This is available in a couple different options.  You can get it stock for $140.  The inside padding is BRAND NEW and the outside plates have been used 5 or 6 times.  OR you can get it with the Team Wendy retro fit padding that has been used 5 or 6 times.  As the picture shows, it was made in February of 2014.  If you want this padding price to ship is $215.00.  You can have all of it for $250.00

 

5. Last is a set of Wilson Pro Gold Triple Knee Shin guards.  Have toe plate removed.  Been used 5 or 6 games. Size is 16-17. No tears, no scratches, no rust.  Will ship for $75.00

Were they terrible at catching, or were they "overtrained" by some clod-headed coaches who want(ed) them to set up (extremely) outside the typical strike zone?

Just inexperienced, uncoached. These teams were inner-city/"at-risk" schools/kids. Athletic as hell but almost zero baseball IQ. Some tremendous talent and potential with coaching. One catcher had never caught before, his school's starting catcher missed practice all week and was benched for this game. I overheard players discussions about playing RBI baseball in summer.
