2014 Assigments commence!

Well, ... almost 3 weeks earlier than last year, .....  HS assignment number one came in today for March 27th, Varsity! 

 

Followed by 3 more!:   a JV game on the 31st, and a Varsity DH on April 5!

Good for you.  My schedule has been full since December!  The first game is supposed to be 3/24.  We'll see.

WOW that's great your assignor gets games right away like that.  I guess our assignor is just now getting his teams schedules in .....

My assignors also get schedules out early...I've been getting games here and there randomly the last couple days, but the bulk of my games were assigned before New Years.  First games scheduled for Feb. 23...but we'll see what happens!

Oirs dont go out until at least late February for both Portland and Vancouver.

Out here in the Golden State (northern division) we don't get assignments until about 2/10.  But our games apparently start earlier - I had a Varsity game assignment on 2/15/13 and game assignments were pretty regular from then on.

I have 9 games on my schedule so far - 7 JV and 2 Varsity.  First assignment is for March 1 (opening day) and the last one is April 16th.  Need 7 more Varsity games to be playoff eligible.

Tonight's pre-season scrimmage that we were going to use to run our junior members clinic got cancelled because of the temperature (currently 26 at 3pm)...wussies.  thank God

Just got my first 2014 assignment: JV 3-game round robin on Monday afternoon/evening. Working with my recruit. Should be an interesting start to the season!

I'm expecting the crowd to be a tad  lighter.

yup ...about 15 minutes from my place. Frisco school district somehow works their way into these nice facilities. The Dallas Cowboys are building their new headquarters/training facilities in Frisco. Part of the deal is that the school district gets to use the facility at times.

yup ...about 24 hours away. Frisco school district somehow works their way into these nice facilities. The Dallas Cowboys are building their new headquarters in Frisco. Part of the deal is that the school district gets to use the facility at times. I have friends in Frisco..... Awesome place! one of the nicest AA parks around
