Missed tag at the plate??

Lets assume Jeff is right...   and there's an angle showing there was a tag...

 

We just saw 3 or 4 different angles showing no initial tag and Baker was right on top of the call and one of the angles you can see how intently he is looking at the play. It's one of those situations you can't call what you don't see.

He's out. Gets him on the arm before he gets back to the plate. plain as day. start watching at 1:12 and you'll see it. The glove with the ball in it contacts his arm before his hand makes it back to the plate.

We didn't get that angle, but with what we do have, I have a tag on the return attempt to the plate.

This illustrates my argument against expanded replay perfectly. We've got a few angles here, and 7 or eight umpires disagreeing with each other about the call.

I don't care what any angle or feed shows.  If F2 just stays with the play, he can remove any doubt in PU's mind.  Instead, he immediately looks up at the umpire to plead his case.  Dumb idea.
