I'm sure JEA hammed it up naturally, and got some encouragement from the producers since they have to squeeze it into a very short amount of time.

 

The man is intense in a cage and won't hesitate to take a chunk out, (I'm still missing a couple  ) but it's way different since he has the time to build you back up when it's actual training.  I really liked how he broke down the importance of training that comes with the job, I thought he put that across in a very common sense way that most could understand.
