JaxRolo 3,226
Nice work Fittske. Of note: Hunter wears a Mizuno spider throat guard with his Wilson Ti He hasn't been wearing it much this year.... Is that 2 balls and 5 strikes? I think the batter is saying "Blue give me one more!
Fittske24 522
I will chime in on this, I don't know much about equipment but the cowboy , Drake and the Gooch are wearing Wilson Ti that are powder coated black. Also, Vanover wears a Riddell..... Have noticed a mask frame that looks like a Wilson & is black but definitely is not a Dyna Lite....I think this is being field tested: Its definitely not a Dyna Lite - more narrow profile & bars: It's a powder coated titanium. Crew Chief 17 3
Very impressive list! I've been wearing the Wilson Dynalite for several years now and love it.
Thunderheads 3,142
Fittske, I think Sam Holbrook is rocking the Wilson Ti powdercoated....
Thunderheads 3,142
Another one I noticed last night .... Vanover isn't wearing a Dyna-lite. It looks like some form of a Mizuno, but can't be sure

acpar72 171
Thanks! Quick question guys...I'm getting a backup to my Wilson ti for next year, do MLB guys wear the wta3007 which is actually the catchers style? Or do they wear 3009? (dynalite)
gnhbua93 1,090
I think all Wilson steel regular frame masks are Dynalite. What makes the difference is the pads materials that gave their unique item number.

Umpire in Chief 1,660
I don't like the look and I would question the protection. If you take a hit in the throat guard, you are creating leverage through your jaw to the top of your head.
