Does Ray Brownlie still sell CP Harness or do I buy one from Ump Attire? I sent him an email but no response.

He does, but if you don't need it customized it's probably faster from UA.   Ray gets paid either way.

Yes, but two factors may be affecting his reply / response times... 

1. He's located in the Toronto area of Canada, and work & transportation times may be... tied up? On lockdown? Hindered?
2. In the pre-COVID years, Ray typically travels to Florida right about now to tour the MLB/MiLB Spring Training facilities as an Expert Guest, so he may not be readily responsive to work requests.
