High School game, I am on the plate.  R1 is at 2nd, R2 at 1st with nobody out and no count.  F3, anticipating bunt, is creeping in so R2 has an extra couple steps.  Batter swings away and fists a blooper towards 1st.  IFR enters my mind, but it's not high enough.

F3 turns over his left shoulder and takes 2-3 quick steps, but just before the he reaches the ball (which I believe he certainly would have) he's bumped (nothing malicious) by R2 returning to first. Ball glances of the end of F3's glove over FOUL territory, and lands uncaught just past the bag.

Your choices:

A.  Foul ball, and nothing else.  Both runners return, and batter goes back to plate with 1 strike.

B.  Foul ball and interference.  Batter is out, and both runners stay where they were at TOP.

C.  Foul ball and interference.  R2 is out, R1 stays at 2nd.  Batter continues to bat with 0-1 count.

D.  Foul ball and interference.  Batter and R2 are both out.  R1 stays at 2nd.

I think it's the same in all codes now.  There was a lot of discussion about it a few years ago when it happened, but it shouldn't be much of an issue now.  (I mean, it's rare, so I can see umpires not quite remembering what to do on the field, but amongst us, here it should be clear.)
