He's a dangerous mix. Hyper, like a Boarder Collie, smart like a Chow. He keeps you on your toes. Great dog. Though my wife says I'm HIS pet. He has a way of bossing me around.

It's entirely appropriate that you'd have a cattledog. I don't know about anywhere else, but the traditional nickname for them in Australia, especially with the colouring of your's, is "Blue-y". A Blue with a Bluey! Sure you didn't mis-hear the Australian accent for Billy's name?

 

I've never heard of a cattledog with a bad attitude. They're great dogs, with great big grins.

Yeh, he is our second dog. Also knew the nickname as a "blue heeler". His original name was Blue, but he never responded to it. Then we started watching the cartoon The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. He seemed to really like the name Billy, so it stuck.

He has a great attitude and is incredibly connected with our feelings. I could not say the same for the other four. Only problem is that he can be to smart for his own darn good.
