Here is mine. Roosevelt, my Great Dane. Dear to my heart; he is my Puppers! Never have I met a dog that makes friends whereever he goes, and always has a smile on his face! I love him dearly.

Please post up pictures of your "Buddy". It will be nice to see our other partners!

Here are mine:

Sis and Duke

Sadly Sis is no longer with us but Duke has grown up to be a big boy and loves to retrieve balls.

Think of this:

If you lock your wife and your dog in the trunk of your car for 4 hours- which one will be happy to see you when you open the lid?

Love Collies. Nice looking dog.

Great mix. Bet this is a GREAT gog!

He's a dangerous mix. Hyper, like a Boarder Collie, smart like a Chow. He keeps you on your toes. Great dog. Though my wife says I'm HIS pet. He has a way of bossing me around.

These are my four. 8 year old Sahara (lab mix) is with 4 year old Gideon (piebald longhair dachshund) and 7 year old Billy (Australian cattledog). The other photo is my wife's baby, 5 year old Dixie (chocolate/tan longhair dachshund)

It's entirely appropriate that you'd have a cattledog. I don't know about anywhere else, but the traditional nickname for them in Australia, especially with the colouring of your's, is "Blue-y". A Blue with a Bluey! Sure you didn't mis-hear the Australian accent for Billy's name? :)

I've never heard of a cattledog with a bad attitude. They're great dogs, with great big grins.

Yeh, he is our second dog. Also knew the nickname as a "blue heeler". His original name was Blue, but he never responded to it. Then we started watching the cartoon The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. He seemed to really like the name Billy, so it stuck.

He has a great attitude and is incredibly connected with our feelings. I could not say the same for the other four. Only problem is that he can be to smart for his own darn good.
