  1. This is one of the very first masks in the "mask porn" thread. Beautiful mask. Go there to see other pics. This mask is light weight and can take a beating. A great mask for someone.
  2. I usually cut the width of my athletic tape in to because it is so about 1 1/4" wide.
  3. Contact Razzer above, I bought is harness, equally as good as the DF, it has plenty of strap length. I have it on my 15" Champion hardshell and it is tremendous. I need to buy another one for my 15" Douglas and ditch the DF that is on it.
  4. I use black athletic tape, it is a cloth tape with a flat dull finish unlike the shinny duck tape gloss finish.
  5. I absolutely LOVE my 4000 steel, but $339 for a Mag seriously All Star??? As JAx said the solid mass on the ears is, well, ugly. It needs to go along with the middle vertical bar down to the throat guard that requires you to split the center velcroe attachment. i don't see where that bar is structurally needed.
  6. The AS 4000 is great and I love it. You will love the light weight of the 4000. I can't tell the difference weight wise between the 4000 and my Nike Ti. It is as tough as nails and does a great job of protection. I love the LUC pads, to me they are the most comfortable and best pads I have used. I had mine coated matt black by Mask it and it looks great. Here is mine.
  7. Some how I can hear some Marvin Gaye in the background.........
  8. Could be the all star ti. Hard to tell from the video, but All Stars usually have the squared off throat guard at the bottom. I couldn't get a good look at the bottom of the mask.
  9. No not a Rawlings Ti either. Could it be this Nike? Pulled this from Rakuten site. Rawlings Ti are single bar as well.
  10. Tried the Wilson memory foam pads, got way too soft in the heat of the summer, Took a direct hit and the pads compressed too much pushed the frame into my face., it hurt pretty bad. Sold them the next week. I love the All Star LUC's followed closely by Honigs.
  11. The mask and pads died doing its job. Plawecki got up and walked over for a new mask with no ill effects, cuts, or anything. Isn't that what the mask and pads supposed to do?
  12. I have owned A Dyna-lite, Diamond, AS FM25, AS 4000, Nike Steel, Nike TI. My two favorites are the Nike Ti and AS 4000. Both are equal as the best vision of any masks I owned. Both are tough as nails. The only reason I parted with the Nike Ti was semi retirement and to help feed a new guitar habit, The prices have come down in the used market. its a good time to buy one. New ones in the wrapper on ebay still fetch about $500. You won't be disappointed.
  13. @Thunderheads, I have a new one that I wore maybe 6 times and the stiching broke where the side strap meets the elastic band. Replaced it with a Diamond. Maybe you know a good seamstress?
  14. @MadMax How heavy is the Honigs frame???
  15. I agree @Maven, if you continue to the next frame after your second one, you will see F2's arms extend out. MC all day on F2. Also, I think I saw a base umpire in one of the frames, why didn't PU conference with BU to ask "what did you see? I think I have this."
  16. @Storm13 The upgrade harness will help because it can get a tighter more even pull on the caps over your shoulders. Perhaps a smaller tighter fitting shirt would help hold them in place. If you have a huge amount of movement, again read my original response above. Measure the CP and your shoulders and see what the difference is. Again my original platnium was way too big for my shoulders and was getting me hit. After measuring and understanding it was too wide for me, I started checking around and found that the Douglas had the closest fit to my shoulders and bought one, loved it so much I bought a second one. See the Force 3 with "adjustable" shoulder caps. One is for sale in the buy, sell forum at a great price.
  17. New item added, see post above. Bump.
  18. @Thunderheads mask is sold please lock it up. Thank you Sir.
  19. Please check your PM for your inquiry. Thanks
  20. PM sent
  21. There is a more rigid foam board in the pectoral protectors than in the main body of the cp. I have been using the 15" P210 model as a backup to my 15" Douglas, and its a good CP.. Get Razzor's ULHF harness and it will be perfect. I have it on mine and there is plenty of strap to fit your P200 17" CP. I have had many multiple plate games over the last few years and would swap back and fourth between my Douglas with the DF harness and the P210 so I always had a dry CP. You don't ever touch your cp with either harness.

  23. @Storm13 Razor's ULHF harness worked fantastic on my Champion P210, 15" model. The Delta Flex was too short because of the straps aren't long enough for the 15" CP. I love it on the Champion. It will work on the 13" model as well.
  24. @MadMax, speaking the truth about the silver finish. Tony redid my FM4000 over a year ago and it still looks great. This is Tony's matte black.
