I see R2 guilty of Interference, HPU seems to signal it, yet seems like no call is made?  IDK if any conference occurred and ruling made

Seems like F6 charged the ball unimpeded, fielded and threw to first. R2 jumped to avoid being tripped up by F6, and seems to avoid him, or at least to the point where F6 is able to field the ball without interruption. From the angle we're seeing it, I don't see how you can make a case for interference. I might see it differently from a different angle.

IMHO, F6 dips his shoulder and then is off balance and slides to field the ball, his route to the ball is altered.  Certainly not fielded in a manner that would be typical of a routine ground ball.

Why is the HP umpire holding his right arm out? Is he trying to signal obstruction?

That's my thought

Added info I just became aware of - crew ruled INT and called an out, not sure who was called out, will update if I find out

If you were one of the umpires, and that was your judgement, you can justify INT.

If the crew ruled INT on R2 the ball should have been dead immediately. PU holding his arm out like that is the signal for delayed dead ball during OBS. Not sure why he felt this would be a delayed dead ball. PU knew he had something and likely kept the play alive thinking it was a delayed dead ball situation. As you say, they ended up calling INT anyway, but the play should have been killed.

U2 was literally sitting on that play... if anyone had something I would think he would have it.

From the 2016 BRD:

SECTION 299  INTERFERENCE BY:  BATTER-RUNNER OR RUNNER:  DIVING/HURDLING OVER FIELDER

FED:  It is illegal to dive over a fielder. (8-4-2d; 8.4.2s and u; 3.3.1u, 2010 ed.)  PENALTY for diving over a fielder:  The ball remains alive, but the runner is out. (8-4-2d Pen)  EXCEPT:  If the umpire declares interference, the ball is dead. PENALTY for offensive interference by diving over a fielder:  The offender is out, and runners return TOI. The umpire may declare a double play.

ALSO:  A runner may legally hurdle a fielder’s outstretched arm. (8.2.1d; News 3/98 #20)

ALSO:  OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION:  RUMBLE:  A runner who begins his hurdle over a prone fielder is not at fault when the fielder rises and creates contact: “If, by getting up, [the fielder contacts the runner, he] could be called for obstruction if he does not have the ball.”

8.4.2 SITUATION S:  F4 is in the baseline without the ball (a) on both knees or (b) bending over. R1 hurdles, jumps, leaps or dives over F4. RULING: In (a) and (b), the obstruction is ignored. If the runner hurdles, jumps or dives over the fielder, he shall be declared out. These illegal acts supersede obstruction.

NCAA:  NO PROVISION.

OBR:  NO PROVISION.
