I just checked the online rules and it is a reorganization only.

We need a convention, something like "OBR 8.01(c)/2015."

8.01(c) just doesn't have the same ring...I know some umpires with a 9.01(c) embroidered on their ball cap that are gonna be pissed. His friends asking him why he cares that : The official scorer is an official representative who is entitled to the respect and dignity of his office and shall be accorded full protection by the Office of the Commissioner, with respect to Major League scorers, and the League President, with respect to Minor League scorers.
