Been using the Wilson Pro Platinum for several years.  Still like them but want to try something new.  High School level.  I'm sure to get a bunch of opinions.

I like the Douglas shins, but they are the most expensive by quite a bit.

When I don't need Douglas protection, I wear Diamond Featherweights.

I would like to get the Force3 shins, but I don't want to pay more than $100 for them and I'm willing to wait.

Good luck.

Get the Force3/Unequal shins, they are fantastic, search and you will find a wealth of information on them.

Honigs makes nice shin guards, they get a little hot inside but they protect pretty darn well, I can't speak to Force 3/Unequal Shin Guards but I hear they are better and compared to the Honigs they cost like $30-$40 more which isn't much more to pay if the UE's protect that much better.

If you're saying you've worn Wilson Pro shins already, call high school, and just "want to try something new", the answer is logical – the Force3 shinguards, as several have suggested.

They are Kevlar-based with a well-sculpted outer shell, which allows them to be rather slim and low profile, conforming, and incredibly protective. I myself use All-Star low-profile guards, but I have in the roadmap that I will be getting Force3's, replacing my previous intention to get hockey shin guards (Bauers or CCMs).

You'll hear (read) several more suggestions that the best way to get the shinguards are as one half of a package discount deal from Force3 including the UnEqual chest protector.

I recommend the 18.5.  They are light and cover up above the knee.  Been hit up top several times.  Glad to have the coverage.

@johnnyg08 I gave up my Wilson WV shins for the lighter Diamond featherweights. They are extremely light weight and protect me very well. I face kids up thru JV and wear these with no issue. But, I can't believe I'm saying this, if I wanted to max out my protection and minimize the weight, because I sweat a lot, I would purchase the Unequal leg guards.
