......well, .....not really .....

 

But when a rotation happens the way it should ......it's a beautiful thing ....especially when there's a call at the end of it!

 

@Trakes2 and I ..... HS JV game yesterday .....   R1 ....base hit to F7 going toward F8 ....

 

I have the plate:    "I've got third if he comes  ......I've got third" ....

 

R1 rounds second without even thinking about it ..... and as he approaches I'm there at the cutout, ....set, catch, tag ..... BAM!!

 

Play finishes ...everything relaxes .... I make my way back to the plate and glance to me left and catch Trakes glancing my way ...both of us w/ a big $h!t eatin' grin!! :D

 

It's the little things! :clap:

That's beautiful!  My partner and I had one yesterday where I was in A and there was a trouble ball to right.  He took the runner all the way to third and I hustled back to cover the plate.  When the

You bet! I've always told people that one of the most enjoyable things about officiating--in all three sports that I've worked--is the teamwork, as enjoyable as the players' teamwork.

Love rotations with a call at the end. Almost like a mutual O face if you've been lucky enough to experience that. (And I'm not talking about the Oregon Ducks here. Hahahaha)

I have come so close to a call at home as BU after a trouble ball twice.
