What I know is that the owner have to be rolling in his grave with the way his sons are running his company today.  I ordered a plate brush and the old 3-2-2 indicators in middle December and haven't receive it yet.  The comunnication on their part is nule.

I actually spoke with the owner before New Years because I had questions about a product and the company in general. We spoke for about ten minutes and I ordered a mask. Placed order on the 28th and received the mask this morning. Did very well to me.

Very well could be. I ordered a  black LS shirt Dec 16th. from OC. No replies to my 2nd email attempt today. Guess I'll try a phone call Monday and then call my CC company if I don't hear anything after that.

Personally I still really like +Pos.  I think they try to provide quality equipment, and meet customer needs.  Their new shirts are of really high quality(improved materials and sizing) for $20.00 I think they are a good buy. I would also rate the Zero-G mask, Leather pads, and scrapper brushes really favorably.  I would agree communication and timing can be a struggle. I always buy in the offseason so I don't have to worry about immediate need.  When given time Dan has never once disappointed me with how he resolved an issue. So given the fact that I like what they provide...I continue to buy.

Cannot speak for sure...I just know I got a new style version because the color scheme I ordered was out of stock and I had to wait for it to be restored with the new version.

"what happened to +pos" ?

I have experience with +pos similar to JoHart

Dan @ +pos can be tough to get in touch with, but, I have been very pleased with everything I have received from today's +pos, including 2 masks and 4 shirts/jerseys. In a couple of instances issues occurred, but Dan made it right every time. So, I recommend buying from +pos - but - if you need gear quick, you would be best served to purchase elsewhere.
