This is an example of a case where the manager has no business out there so he gets a very short leash. He will get a very short," He was inside the whole way. Let's play." Then walk away, toss him if he follows, this is an indefensible position.

The only thing in the Rangers' favour is that he was starting to move into the lane when he was hit. In my mind, when the BR is still out of the lane that close to the bag, unless I'm certain he was in the lane when hit he's going to be "surprised" when he turns back around to face me.
