Very excited

Ordered some new plate shoes early last week and UPS delivered them Friday afternoon just before I had to leave to go out of town. I had to open the box and at least see and touch them before I left. (Such a dork, I know). Got back Sunday night and had to pull them out, replace them and try them on. In walks the wife and there I am, standing in our room, in my shorts wearing my new killer whale plate shoes. She stopped, shook her head, turned around and walked back out. Couldn't help but to burst out laughing. Unfortunately, no game tonight so I have to wait until tomorrow.

On the advice of some on UE, I decided to wear my mask and work the stick during a televised game. I had a habit that needed broken, and this seemed like a good way to do it. About 2 innings in, I'm standing in my living room, stocking feet, boxer drawers, and bathrobe.

I was getting in my stance and calling balls and strikes. SWMBO walked in, did a to-the-rear and walked out. Never said a word.
