Pretty cool.  ESPN has an "UmpCast" edition of the LSU/Wake game.

Every pitch is shown via umpcam.

Did they do this for any other games so far?

Every game if you have ESPN+ on the app. There’s been a few occasions where so guess the camera wasn’t working and you get the regular broadcast.
I cast it to my TV and watch every game this way. I have a hard time judging low and outside.  I guess because the camera doesn’t move with the ball like your eyes do. Still, great to watch.

So what you're saying is that you have the same problem watching it on TV as when you are calling the game live?

LOL he was waiting to see what kind of mood you were in before posting!

As crazy as it sounds, my hardest pitch to judge lately has been the high pitch.   I think I might be getting just a bit too low at times and it's causing me to occasionally miss one at the top of the zone - but I'm killing that low, outside corner now!  It was my struggle pitch last year at times.

All kidding aside, That's been my biggest inconsistency this season as well. Contrary to Kevin's wise ass comments ( 😁 ), I think I've been real consistent outside and knees this year. And I think I've gotten better at adding/subtracting width of the zone depending on level. It's that borderline high breaking ball I'm struggling with. Hopefully it's gotten better as this season rolls on.
