I feel like there would be no balk to start with, but if it were called there would probably be an ejection, especially after he mocks the umpire by coming set for literally 10 seconds at the 3:03 mark.

After the 2nd balk it looks like he looks at U3 and yells "Now you're just F#$^in with me. Yeah, I like to hear "the rest of the story"

So what do they eject for over there?

My international umpiring experience is limited to various parts of China, not Japan. But YouTube has no hits for "Japan baseball ejection." I found a reddit on your question.

According to one story, NPB has a rule requiring the ejection of any pitcher who hits a batter in the head, regardless of intent. As I'm sure you recall, this rule created quite a kerfuffle in Game 5 of the 2012 Japan Series, when a batter allegedly "faked" getting hit in the head.

Does anyone know what the balk calls were for?  After watching 4 times, I didn't see anything remotely close to a balk.

Yes, they were for being American.

Asian umpiring is a different world.

Perhaps the 11th paragraph in this article could shed some light on the subject, concerning pitching rules in Nippon Professional Baseball

or

a phone call to Takeshi Hirabayashi, mentioned in the 16th, 17th, 18th paragraph, who apparently works on the NPB umpire technical committee.
