Besides having his hand jammed down his pants, what is just wrong with this?  and BTW... that blue car belongs to the ump in the picture.

Completely agree. I would also like the record to reflect that there are numerous handicaps that do not require an accessible parking space or ramp.

True. How many of those earn disabled plates, which usually go to those with mobility issues?   If he doesn't have plates, I hope he got the fine.

how can he umpire and be parked in a hanicapped spot??

Plenty down here, there are roughly 10 umpires in my HS association that have handicap stickers and they probably shouldn't be allowed on the field.

Umpires are allowed to be on the field in a wheelchair.

You guys, there's a lot of so called "handicaps" that wouldn't affect umpiring skills at all. Stop being a bunch of ableists.
