I only had Monday's game cancelled down the shore...life's a beach ...4 other games this week and a DH last Saturday.

I am dying.  Since last Thursday, 3/13, I have worked five DH's.  Most were 9's.  Single HS 7 today and college DH's (9's) Sat and Sunday.  Good thing I did volleyball and stairmaster all winter.  I am blessed with a great schedule and lately pretty good weather here in KC area.

 

I am NOT complaining!  I am merely stating the facts in a high pitched voice.  HAHAHAHA!

HS season starts in 8 days. Haven't seen a pitch since July.

got a last minute call - off to do a varsity scrimmage..jumping right in (and looking for a plate brush!)

Did 6 games on the bases the last 4 days.

Feels good to be back.

I have 20 HS games on my schedule for this season, which is about 5 more than usual.  I normally supplement with Pony, AAU, etc but I am okay right now with 1-2 games a week.  Work, family, health, etc is keeping me more than busy right now.

I'm 0-5 so far this spring. 50 and sunny today and I get the call at 10:30 this morning..."We're canceling our scrimmage today" 

 

Tuesday's forecast....Cloudy, 40, with flurries.

Still have not put the Shovel away as the weatherman is calling for a big dump next week. Went skiing today. Opening day around here not until mid May.

I feel ya gray. I told my wife if I can't get in shape by next season I'm calling it quits.
