100% authentic, Plate ump from my nephew's 12u game last night.  Sister in law snapped a pic and sent it to me because she knew I would appreciate.  Enjoy.

Make sure you get a look at that ORANGE mohawk!   And are those the new zigs I have been reading about? They do look like they might run a little narrow.

Based on his hand position, I'd say he forgot his cup.

 

At least he has an umpire shirt on, looks like his only protective gear is a mask, maybe a chest protector.

 

I do like the obvious heel-toe stance

Looks like hes staying in there while the catchers blocking a ball. Maybe hes nuts. Here in Ky he would def be looking forward to the 3rd of the month for that Government check.

The funniest thing about that pic is that even with the orange mohawk, no cap, cargo shorts, no shin guards (maybe no CP), and the ladies cowboy boots, he is wearing an honest to goodness, real deal, umpire shirt - albeit a pink one.
