Yes. Everything would be...

A) a ball because i can't see out of the mask.

B) a ball because I'd be looking straight at the dirt because of the weight.

C) idk what the pitch would be because I'd be concussed the first shot I took.

That mask probably isn't as heavy as you might think. It's more than likely made of aluminum.

Either of those? You mean the mask and an Elbecco shirt? I started when Elbecco's were still worn and wore one for several years. They weren't all that bad and in some senses, I even miss them.

I'm with you Welpe. Ive always wanted, just once, to go old school and were the Ebelcos just one more time. Just for kicks.

Back a couple of years ago I found a brand-new, still in the package Elbeco on eBay and picked it up for five bucks. I've broken it out when working solo in a couple of local rec leagues, just for the heck of it.

 

Though I'm not sure if it is an actual umpire shirt or a mailman uniform!
