60lbs Lost And Ready For High School

In the offseason I have been working out and dieting. I have lost 60lbs and I'm loving it. I even played fall mens league. I didn't do very well fielding but I did I did bat .600!!! I have none 5 high school scrimmages and I can tell a BIG change!!!

If I am working the bases, I see no reason why I can not drive to and from my home to the game/s in uniform.

Also, when you get to a field in a scholastic contest you're suppose to go to the field to check in with the site admin/coach. Most associations want you to do this in business casual clothes. Garment bag and gear bag stay in the car. This is of course if you have the luxury of a locker room. For Rec ball then yes it can wrinkle your clothes as well. But not as nessassary.

How about this one, Michael: For every pound you lose, there is six to eight pounds less pressure on your knees when you run.

That motivated me when I heard it. I can afford to lose ten or twelve (I'm 6'0''/198), and running with less stress and pain is the main reason. (Remember when more sex was the goal? Now it's trotting with less pain.)

I weighed myself the other day and I was 215. We just got a new scale so my wife and I both checked our weight. The next day she went to the Dr and she said scale was right with his. I thought descretion was the better part of valor so all I said was OK, no question of what her number was. She asked what mine was, so I told her. She said," Really, I thought you were heavier than that." Wow, now what if I had said that to her?
