It's PU/BU calls as Maven states,  however, no need to signal/call outs on cans of corn unless something weird happens. I've been dinged as BU  in evaluations for signaling routine flyouts.

By the book, I agree. My state wants a signal even on a can of corn.

Do as your supervisor instructs.

Also: whoever dinged you for an "out" signal after an out needs to get out more.

By the book, PU has all tag-ups and touches at third.

Important for the PU here to let his partner know, "I'm in the line", so BU can be prepared to help with the tag up. On appeal by the defense, both umpires should make eye contact to be clear who is going to rule on the appeal. Normally the signal is a tap on the chest by the PU that he saw the tag up and is prepared to make the call on the appeal.

BU has all touches at tag ups at 1B and 2B, PU has all touches and tags at thirds. Even with R1 R3 1 out ball down the right field line, by the book, BU has tag up at 1B and PU has tag up at 3B.
