Question
Guest Serg
I have a question 9u
No outs runner on first----ground ball gets hit to the second base man, second baseman gets the ball and runs toward the runner coming from first--runner from first runs toward second but sees the fielder coming towards him he then back peddles back to first. (the play was evident that he would be out) The umpire calls that runner out.
It uses USSSA Rules
Whats the call and whats the rule????
Thank you
Serg
