And I a free to say that post like this (baiting people...yes baiting people to argue about a close calls) are pure trash.
There is nothing, yes, nothing to learn from such posts.

Jeff, your usual question is: "what can we learn from this video?" Maybe that's a better question here?

We can learn a lot from this one: the importance of having our noses right on that line, of knowing the definition of fair/foul ball, of selling the hell out of a tight call, and (watching U3) of waiting to make a secondary call until we know the status of the ball (R2 cannot be out at 3B on a foul ball, and in any case that call can wait).

I couldn't agree more, on all accounts!  Funny thing is, ....I posted the video with NOTHING, ...just the video and the title.   And, I've posted things like that before with "what can we learn" , and usually get a decent amount of discussion which is all I was trying to do.  It's August .... 90+% of everyone is DONE with their season, so ...encouraging discussion.    For some reason, my attempt this time put SOME peoples panties in a bunch.

I think this one has run it's course.  There's more negative here than positive (thanks for being positive @maven)

I'm locking it up.
