Situation is this. one out, runners on 1st and second. Batter hits a double and 2 runs score. Pitcher appeals that batter missed 1st base and umpire calls him out. Do the runs still score?

yes. 2 runs. 2 outs. Had there been 2 outs, and BR misses 1st and is the 3rd out on appeal, no runs would score
