That's not the angle that the U1 had.  So you are trying to say to change that play to be call by the U4, 3BC, F1 or F5?

Ball is not yet in the back of the glove, and the runner's foot is clearly "deeply" planted on the base, which means the actual touch would have began milliseconds before that screen shot, so safe

The replay system is baffling. I'll find the Dexter Fowler steal play the other day and post it. Joyce called him out at second, the replay clearly showed him safe, and they upheld the out call.

During the 2014 The Third Team documentary, there was a banger on a head first slide at first.  Eric Cooper called the runner safe.  Upon review, the call was reversed to an out.  The criteria used was the movement of the glove caused by impact of the ball hitting the pocket.  They concluded that the second the ball hit the glove the BR's hand was not on the bag,  As a result, they overturned the call on the field. 

So...  Is the standard the ball hitting the glove???
