From the look of things...

 

Myrtle Beach's F7 had the best look at the ball, and claims it was foul. When he looked up the line to see U3 indicating fair, and likely also a HR (U3 goes out on a trouble ball down the line w/ a runner on, yes?), he sprinted in in outrage.

 

It looks like U1 is the CC. Mikulik torched his rope with the PU, and the PU ejected him. You guys are very right, this went on way too long. Granted, all we're seeing is the discussion and the theatrics, but I have a hunch that Mikulik came out of the dugout to question the call, and was allowed to stay out on the field while the four umpires discussed. Well, one coach became two, became a whole bunch of standing around, brewing and boiling, and Mikuluk snapped. If you notice, U1 is doing a lot of the interceding (lends to my estimate that he's the CC), and a lot of Mikulik's ire is directed at him, probably because the discussion didn't result in the desired outcome. The hitting coach (Josue Perez, who appears later) is the really dangerous one, because he's going after U3.

I think the umpires handled this situation great. They remain calm when everything goes nuclear around them. Lot to be said about that.

 

I disagree with the comment that they must have got it wrong for the coaches to argue so vehemently. That's what these coaches do. They go from zero to crazy in a split second on calls they disagree with. I worked independent ball this summer and I  had a coach go off on me similar to this one on a fair/foul call. After I ejected him, he flipped his hat around backward and started bumping me. My partner jumped in and got bumped also. It's a crazy thing to have coaches go off on you like they do in this video. You won't experience anything like it in college or HS.

 

As for the call in this video, check out the players in the bullpen. They seem to think it a home run.

Thank you. I think people fail to realize that Minor League Managers are completely different than MLB managers. These Managers can do this, pay their fine and be back the next day. A college manager or a high school coach would be fired for this type of stuff. MiLB is a beast within its self.

1) Don't engage multiple arguments at the same time, tell them to return to their benches. We have 3 different coaches carrying on 3 different arguments with different umpires. 

2) Crazy Joe is going to be crazy, he went and got into the faces of all 4 umpires at various times. He is putting on a show, don't give him an audience. Turn your back on him, do not talk to him, say nothing. At first the PU put up the stop sign, warned and ejected, like that would help with Crazy Joe. Then he walked with Joe down to 3b where Crazy Joe did his little base thing, then down to the plate. 

3) Why engage the third coach at all? Something was said that set him into a tantrum too.

-Three umpires talked to Mikulik after the call stood. One talked to another coach away from the other umpires and Mikulik. The other arguments started when the hitting coach left the dugout.

You turn your back on him he's going to follow you and  spin you in circles and make you look like a clown.  At first the PU put up the stop sign, warned and ejected, like that would help with Crazy Joe(​PBUC preaches to their umpires to get warnings in to attempt to diffuse the situations.). Then he walked with Joe down to 3b where Crazy Joe did his little base thing, then down to the plate. I believe he started walking with Mikulik to get him to go back to the dugout and end the circus. Mikulik wasn't ready so HPU walked away and Mikulik followed.

What do you think would happen if you didn't engage the hitting coach. He's still going to get ejected or fired up regardless of whether you engage him or not.
