I had a similar experience where I missed a n out of the baseline call. I was so focused on the potential swipe tag, I completely neglected to notice where the runner was. I safed the runner and then had a conversation with the defensive coach. As he was saying the runner was out of the baseline, I was thinking, 'Oh my I don't have a clue where the BR was.' So I go to my partner. He just says "Oh yeah" 

 

Not saying this is what happened, because he is obviously much better than me.
