Taking a Hiatus from UE

Guys I am taking a break from Umpire Empire for a while.

 

I have always looked forward to logging in and:

 

1. Learning

2. Discussions

3. Laughing

4. Camaraderie

 

But now it seems like personal attacks, name calling, constant arguments have come into to many threads.

Will probably Lurk and see if anything interesting comes up.

 

Something needs to be done about these guys that are constant with their negativity.

 

We are supposed to be Brothers here.

The same could be said for UMPIRES.

 

I can identify with your comment. Member since July 2010 and I've posted 17 times 18 counting this one, and read hundreds. The negativity that seeks its way into some of the strings, serve as a reminder to me.

 

Have Fun, don't bait others, let the game come to me, and when it gets personnel.........EJECT the offender!!!!! We have to stay in the game.

Let me first say that I do not know Jax...However it is sad for me to read this-Although I totally understand all of his points.

 

You will be missed friend, and I hope that you hiatus isn't a long one! The people on the site who jump onto there all-mighty 'High-Horse' have taken the spirit out of the site and often make it painful to read through some of these threads.

Ignore the negative comments.  Your contributions, and those other many other positive individuals, are much needed.
